So... what is Propel really like?

First and Foremost,Is My Idea Awesome?

Forget total addressable market - is there a problem in the market people are willing to pay to solve? This is the first question to be answered and we guide you through how to do this. There is no point in talking about how big the market is until you can prove that somebody wants your product or solution enough to pay for it. We will put your idea to the test...and then work on scaling it. For more on this step, reference Vision & Validation.

Your Ideal Customer Profile- Refine Your Target

Can you articulate who your ideal customer profile is? In other words, who is that one customer segment who can’t live without your product? We know it’s exciting when lots of people tell you they like what you are doing, but are they actually willing to pay for it? The one customer segment who is – that’s who you should be entirely focused on. The customer for whom you are solving a great pain. The customer who is willing to pay you even to build out your product. Let’s find them, together. More details can be found under our Traction & Growth course.

How to Scale

You’ve validated there is a problem in the market people are willing to pay to solve. Terrific. You’ve also identified your ideal customer profile. Nice work. Now the magic starts to happen. Your sales cycles shorten, your contract values grow and traction is born. We help you build a repeatable, scalable sales process to capture this momentum. Also, you guessed it, investors love traction. Let’s get you there.

Hiring + recruitment

People are important. Really important. Let’s work on who you need to hire to drive growth. Hiring decisions are some of the most important choices as a leader. Building your core team who will help you create the culture and grow your company is a big deal.

Elevating yourDev Team

You are looking to grow a business and therefore need to think strategically about your IT team. We guide you in how to recruit, manage, and leverage your technology team properly. IP, privacy and security matter so let’s make sure you have a clear path to IT success.

Sales...Your most Valuable Skill

As a founder you are constantly selling. Selling to new recruits, selling to potential investors, and of course, selling to your customers. Learning, understanding and embracing our proven sales process is important. Let’s move away from random conversations and instead understand this process and how to successfully close deals.

This will take time.

Shaping your skills as a founder and becoming a leader in charge of scaling a company doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes time to move through the process and Propel coaches are there with you to help you navigate, validate, and challenge your development.

One Application. The Right Path.

Your journey with Propel begins with a single application — and from there, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Once you apply, you'll be invited to take part in our Vision Program, a short and focused experience designed to help us understand your business idea, your goals, and where you are on your entrepreneurial journey.

If you're just getting started, you might join a supportive cohort to build your network and grow alongside fellow founders. If you're further along, you may be better suited for an accelerated, self-paced version of our programming. At the end of the Vision Program, we’ll work with you to determine the best path forward — one that aligns with your needs and ambitions.

This first step is essential. It equips our team with the insights needed to help you unlock the right resources, coaching, and milestones for your venture’s success.
